This piece was created when I was reflecting on my deepest emotional self when I’m feeling ill mentally.
The colour pallet used was an easy choice to make as those are the colours of my feelings at the time.
I feel an enormous guilt when things aren’t going well. It’s too easy for me to turn inwards in search of a sanctuary and as a consequence self sabotage relationships.
It’s in these moments I need to dig deeper to find the light within and remind myself that I am deserving of all the good things in life.
Sad moments are difficult but also transitory. Every morning welcomes a sunrise.
